I’m Toya N. McCracken—B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Sociology, specializing in Social and Human Services. I’m an advocate, certified life strategist, and personal counselor committed to helping individuals step into their God-given identity and become the best version of themselves. Through my Core Four Method—a faith-based approach that strengthens the mind, spirit, body, and finances—We guide individuals, especially those ages 18 to 40 who are trying to figure out their path, to overcome trauma, emotional barriers, and limiting beliefs that keep them stuck.

As a wife to my incredible husband, Alonzo, and a proud mother in a beautiful blended family spread across several states, I know the power of faith, love, and perseverance. Our sunny home in Florida reflects the light I strive to share with every person I serve. Faith is the foundation of my work, and I aim to glorify God in all that I do.

I am an honors graduate (Magna Cum Laude) and bring over 22 years of experience in local government, I bring a plethora of knowledge and a diverse set of skills gained from serving across the Seventh, Eighth, and Ninth Judicial branches and the private sector…My professional journey has always been grounded in social and human services—empowering people to break free from cycles of pain and walk in purpose.
